What does this mean?

HDCC is an innovative management system for colour communication. It currently has over 215,000 colour - recipe combinations. Digital colour cards can be created from all these colours. If a customer sends us their target colour, we search the database for the right recipe, adjust a close one or create a new one. In doing so, we take the customer's specific printing conditions into account in order to find exactly the right colour – after all, a colour tone always depends on the printing process or substrate. HDCC uses spectral colour measurement, which enables us to record information very precisely and objectively. We avoid duplicates in order to always enable the same color in relation to the target.
